Westy probably had one of the worst teams on paper after the auction with Man Utd in goal being his only positive signing. A front 3 of Carroll, Ebanks Blake and Kalanic seemed to shout relegation. However, its not always the best looking squads that succeed in this league. Westy Ham seemed to have a great team spirit and this got them to 4th last season.
A good transfer window at Xmas made a top 4 finish possible and resulted in another good season for West Senior.
Will no doubt spend the upcoming trip to Birmingham for the cricket trying to do deals with drunk managers and updating the forum via his phone.
