A mixed season for Lawsy which mirrored that of his beloved Everton. Not surprising considering he based his team primarily on Everton players which was a good move in the case of Tim Cahill, not so good in the case of Yakubu.
Considering his poor start to the season, an 8th place finish was quite resepectable, however Lawsy will have higher hopes than that for the coming season. He proved his managerial acument with the purchases of Demba Ba and Hoilett who provided a good return on minimal cost, however the curse of buying players from your favourite team struck Lawsy as it did many other teams. We expect a more pragmatic approach this coming season.
Board Prediction: Stung by missing out on any prize money, expect a strong challenge from Lawsy on all fronts this season.
